The 2009 Winnebago Access

From the leading manufacturer of Class C motor homes, Winnebago Industries is excited about the 2009 lineup of the Winnebago Access! This sporty coach offers floorplan flexibility with five exciting floorplans. Several new features and options are also available that make this Class C motor home one you won’t want to miss!

Built on either a Ford or Chevy/Workhorse chassis, each 2009 Access offers a fully equipped galley, bathroom and sleeping accommodations in a length that’s perfect for you. The 22B features a large rear bath that runs the width of the coach, an in-line galley and a sofa opposite the dinette, while the 24V offers a rear corner bed, large wardrobe next to the bathroom and swivel/slide lounge chair for relaxing. The 29T offers an optional slideout room. The 29T also offers a handy L-shaped galley and queen bed. The popular 31C features spaciousness with a front sofa/dinette slideout room, and a countertop with shirt closet in the bedroom. Introduced in 2008, the double slide 31J is the perfect coach for families. Why? The bunk beds of course! Even more enticing are the optional DVD players with 8.5-inch LCD monitors for each bunk. The 31J has plenty of sleeping accommodations with a queen bed in the rear, as well as a dinette and sofa/bed in front.

The comfortable living area in the Access features an optional front entertainment center with a new 32-inch LCD TV, DVD and Home Theater Sound System. If you need the front bunk for sleeping, you can opt for the 19-inch LCD TV with DVD that easily swivels for viewing in the rest of the coach. In 2009, the new video selection system allows you to play DVDs on the optional rear TV as well – a 15-inch LCD TV.

Additional new features for 2009 include larger coach batteries, from Group 24 to Group 31, and a new optional six-gallon water heater featuring Winnebago Industries Energy Management System. The Energy Management System balances power by shedding the 110-volt water heater when the microwave is in use. The Access also offers two new features to enhance the interior. An interior upgrade package is available and includes such items as attractive galley backsplash, decorative dinette light, upgraded refrigerator inserts and more. In the cab, a new dash appliqué for the instrument panel area is also optional.

A thick, fiberglass roof accommodates ducted roof air with a 13,500 BTU air conditioner featured. The 22B and 24V offer a 25,000 BTU furnace, while a 30,000 BTU furnace is found on the 29T, 31C and 31J models.
